The most honest thing we can show a prospective client is the record itself.
The scale
Since 2013 we have prepared the safety assessments behind more than 62,000 cosmetic products now legally on the market, for over 5,000 brands. Each of those products represents a brand that was able to sell, lawfully, on the strength of our work.
The acceptance record
An assessment is only worth something if it survives scrutiny. Our reports have a complete record of acceptance by the authorities that have examined them, across the UK, the EU and the other markets we prepare for.
The depth
On average each brand has brought us around twelve products. That ratio is the part of the record we are quietly proudest of: it means brands come back, across a catalogue and across years, which is not what happens with one-off, transactional work.
The standard others copy
Over the years our assessments have been copied, on occasion line for line, by others seeking to pass them off as their own. It is not a practice we encourage, but it is a fair measure of the standard the work sets.
