Crisis management is the discipline of keeping the regulatory response coherent under pressure.

We provide a single qualified assessor to lead it, co-ordinating the separate strands that a serious incident sets running: any recall or withdrawal, the cosmetovigilance assessment and reporting, the reformulation work, and the correspondence with the competent authority. Every decision is documented as it is taken, so that the record stands up to scrutiny once the immediate pressure has passed.
