Business Solutions
Startup Fast-Track
Compliance for emerging brands launching their first products: accessible entry pricing, a fast route to a single product or a small range, and the same named assessor the larger brands use.
A new brand should not have to choose between launching legally and launching at all. We built our pricing so that a single-founder studio and a multinational work with the same assessors to the same standard.
A realistic first step
The entry point is a single-ingredient Cosmetic Product Safety Report at £70, and a standard CPSR for a single product of up to twenty ingredients at £220. A first range is usually most economical as a batch, which starts at £875 for five products. Standard turnaround is two to three working days from receipt of the full documentation, with 48-hour and 24-hour expedited options when a launch date is fixed.
What a startup actually needs
Most new brands need three things to go live: the safety report that Article 10 requires before a product can be placed on the market, a Responsible Person under Article 4, and a label that meets Article 19. We provide all three, and because the same assessor stays with the brand as it grows, the work done at launch carries straight through to the second product and the tenth.

What is a CPSR?
A Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) is the safety assessment required by Article 10 and Annex I of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 before a cosmetic product is placed on the UK or EU market. Annex I sets out two parts: Part A, the cosmetic product safety information (composition, physico-chemical and microbiological characteristics, stability, exposure and the toxicological profile of each substance), and Part B, the safety assessment, in which a qualified assessor states and reasons the conclusion on safety. It is the pivotal scientific document held within the Product Information File.
