Emergency and Rapid Response Support

24 to 48 hours

Expedited regulatory support when a deadline, a detained shipment or an incident cannot wait for standard turnaround.

Most compliance work runs to a comfortable timetable. Some does not. A buyer brings a launch date forward, a shipment is held at the border, or an incident demands an immediate documented response. For those situations we run an expedited service.

Where the full documentation set is supplied at the point of order, a CPSR can be delivered on a 48-hour service at a fifty per cent premium, or a 24-hour service at a hundred per cent premium. The premium reflects the assessor time reallocated to meet the deadline, not a different standard of work: the assessment is the same rigorous document, produced faster.

Regulatory problems do not keep office hours. A shipment is detained on a Friday afternoon, a deadline falls on a Monday, or an incident breaks over a weekend. For matters that genuinely cannot wait, cover is available outside standard working hours and at weekends; for a launch you already know will be high-pressure, it is best arranged in advance so the cover is in place before it is needed.

Rapid response is most often called on for goods detained at a port of entry and for launches that have slipped. If you are facing a deadline, the sooner we have the documentation, the more we can do with the time available.
